- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C24726Q0362 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), for Grounds Maintenance Services for WJB Dorn VA Medical Center in Columbia South Carolina. This acquisition is set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561730 is assigned to this requirement with a small business size standard of $9.5 million. The FSC/PSC is S208. The Department of Veterans Affairs, WJB Dorn VA Medical Center located at 6439 Garners Ferry Rd., Columbia SC� 29209, requires Grounds Maintenance Services for one base year with four, 1-year option periods effective from the date of award.
