Description

The Government intends to award a competitive, small business set-aside (SBSA), buy contract, which will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) one-time buy, definitive contract with a 12 month period of performance (PoP). Request for Proposal (RFP) SPRWA1-26-R-0023 is estimated to be posted within 15 days after the close of this synopsis. The particulars of this requirement type contract are as follows: NSN: 5985-01-174-4773EW P/N: 435709-1 CLIN 0001: 2 Each First Article CLIN 0002: 11 Each Production Units CLIN 0003: Data Requirements Solicitation Number: SPRWA1-26-R-0023 Noun: Radio Frequency Switch The proposed acquisition will be awarded to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer. The proposed acquisition will be awarded to a responsible source. Detail data/drawings/schematics or any other releasable technical data will be available within the solicitation. IMPORTANT! To obtain copies of bidset documents an interested vendor must be registered in the Enhanced Joint Certification Program (EJCP). Interested venders will be asked to request copies of the bidset by providing their CAGE number to the contracting officer (PCO) listed below. Upon verification by the PCO, bidset files will be released. To become registered in the EJCP, vendors can do so at: https://www.dla.mil/Logistics-Operations/Services/JCP/ IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16) all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
