Description

MODERNIZE MELROSE MAINTENANCE FACILITY (Natchez MS) SCOPE: ITEM 1 RENOVATION: Alteration of approximately 2,415 SF of existing office and support spaces inside an existing, non-sprinklered one-story masonry building with a 997 SF mechanical mezzanine. Slab on grade will be demo'd to accommodate new plumbing layouts for the interior reconfiguration. Two overhead coil doors are to be removed and replaced with brick to match existing and windows. Selective demolition of partitions to accommodate new partition layout. Remove existing flooring and replace with new in half the building where renovations are taking place. New mechanical and electrical to replace existing systems. ITEM 2 ROOF REPLACEMENT on existing 4850 SF MAINTENANCE BLDG including new soffits, gutters, and siding trim. ITEM 3 ABATEMENT SUITE: excluded by Owner (NOT PART OF THIS CONTRACT)
