- In accordance with RFO PART 12.202(b)(1)(i), this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number, FA489726QC045, is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for various construction equipment at Mountain Home AFB. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. Questions are due via email by 2:00 PM MDT on 6 April 2026. Quotes are due via email by 12:00 PM MDT on 10 April 2026. Please refer to attachments for more details. Include spec sheets and/or other technical documents to assist with evaluation of technical acceptability.
