This is for a Evoqua Brand Name acquisition and five year annual service maintenance for an Evoqua water purification system at the Roseburg VA Medical Center. This is for an open market brand name limited source acquisition. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C26026Q0515 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Evoqua Brand Name acquisition and annual service maintenance for an Evoqua water purification system at the Roseburg VA Medical Center This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The Period of Performance is 4/20/2026 - 4/29/2031. Bidder will confirm whether or not the proposed product is a domestic end product.
