The onsite support services require contractor assistance to provide an On-Site Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for each of the following facilities (Chesapeake Detention Facility in Baltimore, MD; Donald Wyatt Detention Facility in Central Falls, RI; and Cibola County Corrections, in Milan, NM with broad knowledge and expertise in detention/correctional management.
