- Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.202, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-1. This solicitation is set-aside for SDVOSB The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220, with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million The FSC/PSC is J041. The Contracting Activity is looking for (1) 150 Ton Air Cooled Rental Chiller on behalf of the White River Junction VA Medical Center. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: Services Deliver to White River Junction VA Medical Center 215 N Main Street, White River Junction VT 05001-0001 Line Item Description Quantity Unit of Measure 0001 150 Ton Air Cooled Rental Chiller 1 EA Period of Performance From April 27, 2026 until October 27, 2026 Delivery shall be provided delivery date or ""no later than 15 days after receipt of order (ARO).
