Description

The American Embassy invites you to participate in the bidding for Waterproofing at 25 Prithviraj Road. If you would like to submit a quotation, please follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete the required sections of the attached document, and submit it to the address provided below. Prospective offerors wishing to participate in the site visit scheduled for April 10, 2026, at 1100 hours at 25 Prithviraj Road must send their confirmation to kamathsp@state.gov no later than 1200 hours on April 8, 2026. Offerors who do not attend the site visit will not be considered for the solicitation process. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to Newdelhibids@state.gov with the subject line �Solicitation No. 191N6526Q0029 for Waterproofing�. The submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 10MB each.
