- The purpose of this amendment is to correct the day referenced in the Instructions to Offerors for the site visit, extend the site visit timeframe, and confirm Government s responsibility regarding the site visit. See below. ADDENDUM to FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES Currently reads: Site Visit. A visit is scheduled for Thursday, April 8, 2026 from 10:00 to 11:30 AM ET. The site visit is optional but highly recommended. To attend, contractors must email the Contracting Officer at Lasonja.harvey@va.gov by Wednesday, April 7, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET to confirm. Details on how to find the site will be sent after confirmation. Changed to read: Site Visit. A visit is scheduled for Wednesday, April 8, 2026 from 10:00 to 12:00 PM ET. The site visit is optional but highly recommended. To attend, contractors must email the Contracting Officer at Lasonja.harvey@va.gov by Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET to confirm. Details on how to find the site will be sent after confirmation. The Government will not cover any costs or expenses related to attending the site visit.
