Description

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP) awarded a Hybrid Cost Plus Fixed Fee and Firm Fixed Price Sole Source Contract Modification to General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) to procure additional MQ-9B Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) and Associated Equipment. Description The total value of this modification is 265,490,000.00 for the additional MQ-9B and Associated Equipment. This is a non-competitive contract action under the authority of FAR 6.103-1 - only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is a Hybrid Cost Plus Fixed Fee and Firm Fixed Price Sole Source Contract Modification to General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) under Contract Number 70B02C22C00000016. The period of performance for this option period is October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026. This notice is neither a request for proposals nor an invitation for bids. The redacted Justification and Approval (J&A) is attached in accordance with FAR 6.301.
