This requirement is Brand Name or Equal for a Compact Track Skid Loader in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The Buy America Act and Limitations on Subcontracting Apply. Quoters must provide completed copies of the SF1449, Price/Cost Schedule, FAR 52.252-2 certification, VAAR 852.219-76 certification, and a Distributor Letter with submission of quote. Note: Alternate versions of either certifications are not accepted. This solicitation is set-aside for SBA certified SBVOSBs only. Companies submitting a quote must be a certified SDVOSBs and considered small for the NAICS code for this. solicitation. This solicitation utilizes NMR Waiver 333924.
