Description

AMENDMENT 001 - The purpose of this amendment is as follows: a. Correct Block 8 on the original Solicitation: the closing date of the solicitation is Monday, April 13 2026, at 1030 AST. b. Answers to received questions from potential vendors. c. Include Service Contract Act WD # 2015-5707 Revision #28 Dates 3 December 2025. **Vendors ensure you read, comply with any changes, sign the amendment and submit with your quote.** The acquisition is being solicited under Request for Quotes (RFQ) W912C326QA005 as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 813110 with a size standard of $13 Million. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, MICC-Fort Buchanan has a requirement for Protestant Administrative Religious Education Coordinator at Fort Buchanan Puerto Rico. Quoters are requested to review the solicitation and submit only written questions and/or comments with email subject line reference: Ref: Solicitation Number W912C326QA005 Questions and/or comments Protestant Administrative Religious Education Coordinator. All questions must be submitted no later than 3 April 2026, 10:30 AM AST (or as amended) after solicitation has been posted to allow a reasonable time for the Government to respond. All questions submitted after that date and time may not be answered.See solicitation for all details. Quotes shall be submitted electronically via email and are due no later than 13 April 2026, 10:30 AM AST (or as amended) and must conform to the requirements of this Request for Quote (RFQ). RFQ responses shall be submitted prior to the closing date and time identified above electronically through email to the Contract Specialist, Harvey Odom at harvey.odom.civ@army.mil and Contracting Officer, Eileen Rivera at eileen.z. riveradomenech.civ@army.mil. It is the Quoter's responsibility to ensure a quote is received by the date and time specified. If quote is not received by the date and time specified above and determined late, it will not be evaluated. Quoter's are hereby notified that the Government will not reimburse costs incurred for quote preparation
