- Description
- This is for a new contract for 1 SOCES/CENM at Hurlburt Field, FL. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price contract awarded under Sealed Bid procedures (FAR Part 14) and FAR Part 36 ? Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts. The acquisition consists of demolishing building 90326. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, and other items necessary to perform work under the contract specifications and associated task orders. A Performance Work Statement and any other documents specific to this project shall be provided in the solicitation. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this contract. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government?s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Bid opening will be conducted at the 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron Conferenc6e Room, located at 350 Tully Street, Bldg. 90039, Hurlburt Field, FL 32544. The bid opening date is 30 April 2026 at 2:00 PM (Central Standard Time). All As-Builts and CAD Drawings are available but are too large to attached to the solicitation & amendment.
