- W912DW26RA013: Construction for a Secure Operations Facility located at Joint Base Lewis McChord (JBLM), Washington. The purpose of amendment 03 is to revise section 00 22 00, revise section 00 73 00 site visit, and to incorporate revised specifications. Changes are generally identified, for convenience, either by strikeout for deletions, and double underlining for text for additional or a single dark line in the margin. All potions of the revised sections shall apply whether changes have been indicated. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of all amendments including this amendment by number and date on their proposal. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
