- ***Revised to incorporate amendment 0001*** Solicitation N6945026Q0003 amendment 0001, incorporates facility drawings for each service location, provides government responses to thirty-one pre-proposal inquiries posed by interested offerors, and extends the due date for submitting an offer from to April 14th at 5:00pm central standard time. To be considered for contract opportunity N6945026Q0003 offerors must complete and return copies of amendment 0001 (SF30), solicitation (SF 1449), provide proof of past performance, and respond to all contract clauses and provisions on either the SF 1449 or by supplying a copy of your firms FAR/DFARS report extracted from www.sam.gov. Prior to submitting an offer, the government encourages offerors to consult page 32 of the SF1449, the section titled, ""Addendum to 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Products and Commercial Services"" to confirm that you are submitting all required documentation. Any firm that previously submitted an offer must review the contents of amendment 0001, confirm proposed prices are still valid or adjust pricing as needed and then resubmit a new offer package with all required documentation mentioned above. To obtain facility drawings you must first request access via the www.sam.gov website and be granted access by the contracting officer before the files are made available for download. ******* Federal Contract Opportunity 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses Commercial Kitchen Exhaust System Cleaning and Inspection Services: This project involves the cleaning and inspection of commercial kitchen exhaust systems at naval facilities in Mississippi. Project Overview: This is a firm-fixed-price commercial service contract set aside exclusively for small businesses certified under NAICS-561790 (Other Services to Buildings & Dwellings). Contract Term: One base year with four additional one-year options (potential five years in total). Scope of Work: The selected contractor will be responsible for the comprehensive cleaning and inspection of nine commercial kitchen exhaust systems at three government locations: Naval Air Station Meridian, Mississippi (two facilities) Outlying Joe Williams Field in Dekalb, Mississippi (one facility, approx. 30-40 miles from the main base) All work must be performed in compliance with NFPA 96 standards for Ventilation Control and Fire Protection of Commercial Cooking Operations, as well as specific contract requirements.
