- Project Description: This project is to supply side retaining bars, leaf springs, and ancillary materials for eight (8) draft tube bulkheads. NAICS Code: The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 332312 - Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing, with a size standard for small business of 500 employees. Place of Delivery US Army Corps of Engineers Fort Randall Dam 399 Powerhouse Road Pickstown, SD 57367 Obtaining Solicitation Documents Solicitation documents will be posted to the web via SAM.gov (sam.gov).
