- Amendment #1 Extend Solicitation to closing at 1400 on Wednesday 15 April 2026. Additionally, attached are the questions and answers. MN This is an official Request for Quote (RFQ) Notice (FA462526Q1042). The U.S. Air Force 509th Contracting Squadron at Whiteman AFB is posting this solicitation, Request for Quote (RFQ), for purchase of 400hz Frequency Converter Parts that meets the specifications of the attached Salient Characteristics. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: Product: Multiple components are required to repair the 400Hz Pillar Units for Bldgs 4097, 4098, 4099 DELIVERABLES: The contractor shall deliver 3 months after receipt of the order. Delivery will be to Whiteman AFB, MO 65305. RESPONSES: Questions are due to both the Contracting Officer: James Bohnenstingel, at james.bohnenstingel@us.af.mil and the Contract Specialist: Reid Richardson, at reid.richardson@us.af.mil NLT 2:00 PM CDT, Wednesday, 3 April 2026. Questions received after that time may not be answered. To ensure all questions and responses are received, questions and responses must include the RFQ Number (FA462526Q1042) and title 400hz Frequency Converter Parts in the subject line of the email submission and are to be sent via email.
