- Industry Day Opportunity This Special Notice is for market research and planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever, and the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. U.S. Africa Command (USAFRICOM) is seeking interested commercial vendors for targeted Industry Sessions to be held in Luanda, Angola. These sessions will take place during a larger, continent-wide conference scheduled for June 30 � July 1, 2026 with up to 300 attendees. While the main conference has its own agenda, these specific Industry Sessions are a separate, USAFRICOM-hosted opportunity focused on showcasing military technologies, supplies or services available for acquisition by African Partner nations. Selected vendors will be provided with a dedicated space to present their capabilities. They will also be invited to attend the main conference sessions as observers. The logistical details for this specific USAFRICOM Industry Day session are as follows. Additional information will be provided directly to the selected participants. Date and Time: June 30 and July 1, 2026, from 08:00 to 17:00 local time Location: Hotel where USAFRICOM conference is being held, various lobby and foyer spaces adjacent to the conference plenary space Provided Space: Limited to one 6-foot table and two chairs Permitted Materials: Vendors may display pop-up banners (not to exceed 8 feet in height), marketing brochures, and small, non-operational product samples. Digital presentations on laptops are permitted. No large-scale hardware is allowed due to space limitations Primary Areas of Interest The U.S. Government is interested in vendors with capabilities in the following fields, though all submissions will be considered: Geospatial: Drones (UAV/UAS), Commercial GEOINT, Remote Sensing, and Tracking Systems Command and Control: C4ISR and Airborne C2 Systems Consulting & Administrative: Systems Integration, Enterprise Architecture, and Acquisition Management Drones (UAV/UAS) and Counter-UAS: Platforms as well as Counter-UAS and IED detection technologies Big Data & Software: Intelligence Analytics, Social Media Analysis, Open Source Intelligence, and Artificial Intelligence Cyber: Cyber/Info Security, Intrusion Detection, and Vulnerability/Threat Assessment Submission Requirements for Capability Statement Any commercial vendor may submit a Capability Statement and will be considered for participation. The Capability Statement must include the following: Company Information: Company name, physical address, and primary point of contact (name, title, email, and phone number). Proposed Exhibit: A detailed description, including any available images or diagrams, of the specific items, technologies, or services you intend to showcase. Operational Capability in Africa: A comprehensive overview of your company's capabilities and experience within Africa. This must include: Demonstrated past performance or projects on the continent. An explanation of your company's ability to operate on the continent. A brief description of the existing supply chain capable of delivering products and services to African partner nations. Selection and Notification Timeline Capability Statement Deadline: All interested parties must submit a Capability Statement by email no later than 4:00 PM Central European Time on April 13, 2026. Government Notification: The U.S. Government will review all submissions and intends to provide a response regarding participation status by April 20, 2026. Vendor Acceptance Deadline: Selected vendors shall provide written confirmation of their acceptance of the invitation by May 1, 2026. The U.S. Government has final approval of all exhibitor selections to ensure strategic objectives for the conference are met. Conditions for Participation Respondents are advised of the following conditions: No-Cost to the Government: Exhibitors are responsible for 100% of their costs associated with this event, including but not limited to travel, lodging, visas, and country entry fees. Logistics and Equipment: Selected vendors are solely responsible for all logistics related to their exhibition space, including the setup/teardown of booths, providing all necessary equipment, and all associated shipping or material handling costs. No U.S. Government Support: Selection grants access to the event only. No other U.S. Government funding or support will be provided.
