- Upper Mississippi NWR is requesting a small, 18� long x 60� Width boat, for use at the Wildlife Refuge. See attached Scope of Work for more specific details. Additionally, USFWS has an existing boat to be used as trade-in. See SOW for the specifications of the existing boat.
