Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.201, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. 2. Requirement: The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order for one (1) Polaris Ranger Crew XP 1000 Premium, or an equal product, that meets the following salient characteristics: Feature Minimum Requirement Seating Capacity: 6 personnel (dual row) Engine Displacement: 999cc Bed Dimensions: 36"" x 54"" x 12"" Bed Weight Capacity: 1000 lbs. Hitch Type: Standard 2"" Receiver Towing Capacity: 2500 lbs. Payload Capacity: 1700 lbs. Ground Clearance: 12"" Drivetrain: All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or 4-Wheel Drive (4WD) Color: Camouflage or Green 3. Delivery: The vehicle shall be delivered within 30 days of award to Arkansas Army National Guard 318 Missouri Ave. Camp Joseph T. Robinson North Little Rock, Arkansas 72199-9763 4. Basis for Award: The Government will award a purchase order to the responsible offeror whose quotation, conforming to the solicitation, represents the best value to the Government. The Government will evaluate offers based on technical acceptability and price. To be considered technically acceptable, the offeror's quotation must demonstrate the ability to meet all salient characteristics. 5. Instructions to Offerors: Interested parties shall submit a quotation that includes: A detailed technical description of the offered product, demonstrating that it meets or exceeds all salient characteristics listed above. Total firm fixed price for the product, including all shipping and handling costs. Company name, address, phone number, and email address. Unique Entity ID (UEI) and CAGE code. A statement of compliance with all terms and conditions of this solicitation. 6. Applicable Provisions and Clauses: This solicitation incorporates one or more provisions and clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through 8 April 2026 and Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01.
