Description
**THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY** Professional Services needed to support the implementation of APRYSE ActivePDF software includes License and maintenance software for is a suite of server-side automation tools and software development kits (SDKs) used primarily by developers to embed PDF creation, conversion, and manipulation capabilities into enterprise-grade applications. Following its acquisition by Apryse (formerly PDFTron), the brand continues to specialize in high-volume, automated document processing. High-Volume Document Generation: Automatically creating thousands or millions of documents like invoices, statements, and reports from dynamic data sources or database reports. Automated File Conversion: Converting anything ""printable""�such as HTML, Office documents, PostScript, and images�into standardized PDF formats like PDF/A for long-term archiving. Programmatic PDF Manipulation: Merging, splitting, rotating, or ""stitching"" multiple PDF files into complex document packages without manual intervention. Form Filling & Data Extraction: Dynamically populating PDF form fields from XML or database data, and conversely, extracting user-entered data from completed forms for analysis. Security & Compliance: Applying enterprise-level security, including AES encryption, digital signatures, and ""true redaction"" to permanently remove sensitive information. The contractor will provide training to DFAS employees on how to use the Monarch software. The work will be performed through the best and most cost-effective means available for knowledge transfer to DFAS Developers. Where applicable, the Contractor will use remote methods (Screen sharing, conference calls/telecommunications, etc.) to conduct training, knowledge sharing, etc. When and only if it is absolutely necessary, training will occur at a DFAS site. 1.
