- UPDATED 4/9/2026: Amendment 0001 has been issued on Solicitation W912EK26QA019 which provides Attachment 0001 Inspection Report Cassville Cottage, provides Attachment 0002 Inspection Report Clinton County Cottage, provides Attachment 0003 Questions and Answers for Cassville Cottage and Clinton County Cottage, Update Wage Determinations for Cassville Cottage, Update Wage Determinations for Clinton County Cottage, and extend the offer due date and time. See Amendment 0001 and Attachments for additional information. United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Rock Island District has a construction requirement for asbestos removal and demolition at Cassville Cottage in Cassville, WI and asbestos removal at Clinton County Cottage Pool 13, Cottage 4379 in Clinton County, IA. See Statement of Work (SOW) within solicitation for additional information on requirement. Please fill in pricing information in Section B in CLIN Section and in Statement of Work table.
