Description

Update April 9, 2026 - Add Attachement ""Answer Question Pre-Solicitation Notice PAN409-26-P-0000-027298"" to Answer Question asked during Pre-Solicitation Notice. ________________________________________________________________________ The Regional Contracting Office, Wiesbaden (RCOW) intents to award a single non-personal services contract to provide staging facilities operation support to HQ USAREUR-AF G4 in Miseau, Germany. The contract will be a fixed-price contract. Proposed performance is an 12-month base period plus two (2) 12-month option periods and a start date on or around 11 May 2026. Place of Performances will be in Miseau Army Depot, Germany. Contractors performing services in the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG) shall comply with German law. The Contractor shall determine whether performance requires registration with German authorities or authorization to do business in Germany and, if so, shall comply with all requirements. Whether or not registration or authorization to do business is required, the Contractor shall determine what documents or authorization its employees and any subcontractor employees must possess to work in Germany. The Contractor shall ensure affirmatively that its employees and subcontractor employees possess such documents or authorizations. See section 1.25 of the PWS for additional information. Any amendments related to the RFQ will be posted to www.Sam.gov. IMPORTANT: Quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the time of submission of quotes.
