- SUBJECT: Freight Handling and Storage Services SOLICITATION TYPE: Request for Quotation (RFQ) - Brand Name This is a pre-solicitation notice for planning purposes only. U.S. Embassy Algiers intends to solicit quotations for Swissport Freight Handling and Storage Services. This procurement is being conducted as a vendor name acquisition based on a signed Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC). SERVICE REQUIRED: Swissport Freight Handling and Storage Services, including but not limited to Handling the incoming pouch shipment deliveries both unclassified/classified for the Mission. Safe and secure storage of Diplomatic Pouch and Mail, DELIVERY LOCATION: 05, Chemin Cheikh Bachir El Ibrahimi, El Biar, Algiers 16030, Algeria.
