- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE / SYNOPSIS This procurement is for BLUE BIRD SPARE PARTS - 55 PASSENGER BUS This proposed solicitation is intended to result in the award of a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for the supplies specified. The Government intendS to use FAR Part 12 for the acquisition. Procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Noun: BLUE BIRD SPARE PARTS - 55 PASSENGER BUS *See Attachment 0001* Notes: We expect to post the solicitation in 2 to 4 weeks. Joint Certification Program (EXPORT CONTROL): You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification / Program (JCP) (https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/) to be granted access to the technical data (TDP) for this solicitation.
