- Notice of Intent to Sole Source Award 75H70926BAO_052 FPSU biomed service The Billings Area Indian Health Service intends to award a commercial, sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.103-1 to MTX Medical solutions, Billings, MT. The company shall provide Biomedical Preventative Maintenance services on medical devices at Fort Peck Service Unit, Poplar and Wolf Point, MT. MTX Medical solutions is the only source of the services in the area. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements and is based upon market research This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available. Firms that believe they can provide the service are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification within 7 days of the publication date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining to conduct competitive procurement.
