- PR 7015233471 NSN 5965-14-559-2147 ADAPTER, HEADSET-MIC The intent of this posting is to provide an advanced notice of the forthcoming solicitation. The NAICS Code is 334310, with a business size standard of 750 employees. This proposed procurement includes an item within the Federal Supply Class 5965. This procurement will be solicited on an Unrestricted basis and procured in accordance with the procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15- Contracting by Negotiation. NSN 5965-14-559-2147, ADAPTER, HEADSET-MIC. The material being procured is authorized only from the following approved sources: THALES AVS FRANCE SAS CAGE (F9111) P/N E19638CA THALES DEFENSE & SECURITY INC DBA THALES COMMUNICATIONS INC CAGE (23386) P/N E19638CA The requirement quantity is 263 each. The delivery time is 428 days. FOB point is Origin (First Destination Transportation) and Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. There is no active solicitation at this time. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
