- Description
- The Department of War is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ), reference number FA301626Q0100, for a one-time procurement and delivery of specialized medical training equipment to Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Fort Sam Houston. This requirement consists of four (4) GTSimulators BPOB1227 Combination IUP Ectopic Pregnancy Transvaginal Ultrasound Training Models (brand name or equal) and four (4) GTSimulators BPOB1801 Sonohysterography & Sonosalpingography Transvaginal Ultrasound Training Models (brand name or equal). The primary objective of this acquisition is to obtain brand-new equipment�strictly excluding used, refurbished, or remanufactured items�that adheres to the technical specifications detailed in the attached Salient Characteristics documents. Solicitation Method: NAICS/339112 � Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, 100% Small Business Set-Aside Questions and Concerns regarding this RFQ must be submitted via email no later than Monday, 1 June 2026, at 10:00 AM CDT. Inquiries must be sent directly to the Contract Specialist, Dionne Harris, at dionne.harris@us.af.mil, with a courtesy copy to the Contracting Officer, Rheame Griffin, at rheame.griffin.2@us.af.mil. To ensure proper routing, all inquiries must include ""Request ID RFQ FA301626Q0100 Female Anatomy Ultrasound Training Models"" in the email subject line. Answers to all submitted questions will be compiled and made accessible to all potential offerors to ensure a fair opportunity. Quote Validity: Final quotes must be submitted via email no later than 10:00 AM CDT on Friday, 12 June 2026. Submissions must be sent directly to the Contract Specialist, Dionne Harris, at dionne.harris@us.af.mil, with a courtesy copy to the Contracting Officer, Rheame Griffin, at rheame.griffin.2@us.af.mil.
