- The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a sole source contract to, Twist Bioscience, South San Francisco, CA. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested Government shall consider all responses. NMRC's Molecular Department of the Biological Defense Research Directorate are in need for multiple Twist Bioscience Reagent kits and components which are essential for the surveillance efforts in the detection and identification of biological warfare agents and emerging pathogens. The NAICS code for this action is 541714. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM).
