- RLP Modification 3 (05/27/2026) USDA Request for Lease Proposal 57-47019-26-FA (RLP) dated 03/20/2026, is hereby modified to reduce the requested square foot, modify the lease term, and extend the due time and date for offers. To faciliate this modification, the following documents and deliverables have been attached and are required to be downloaded and returned as part of any offer submission: RLP Amendment No. 3 dated 05/27/2026 Due time and date for offers extended from 4:30 PM Eastern, 04/16/2026 to 4:30 PM Eastern, 06/18/2026. Square Feet: Minimum ABOA reduced to 1,988 Maximum ABOA reduced to 2,087 NTE RSF reduced to 2,286 Lease Term: Total lease term - 15 years Firm Term: 10-years (120-months) Full Term: 15-years (180-months) RLP Amendment No. 3 EXHIBIT C Lease No. 57-47019-26-FA - Agency Specific Requirements Mountain City, Johnson County, Tennessee Unless otherwise stated in a previous amendment or document, all other aspects of the RLP remain unchanged from its previous version(s). ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Attached is the Request for Lease Proposal 57-47091-26-FA (RLP) for leashold interest in real property for general-purpose office and related space in Mountain City, Johnson County, Tennessee. The RLP contains all leasing requirements and specifications. All offers must be submitted not later than the due time and date established in the RLP. Any offers received beyond this date are subject to rejection. Unsolicted offers must confirm they are within the delineated Area of Performance and not within a floodplain. The USDA reserves the right to reject any unsolicited offer. RLP Amendment number 2 hereby terminates the previous 57-47091-23-FA (RLP) package and RLP Amendment number 1 are in their entirety. The attached RLP Amendment number 2 shall only be completed and returned by any offerors who responded to RLP 57-47091-23-FA.
