- This SOW defines the requirements for the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to conduct a comprehensive onsite diagnostic assessment of the non-operational Clear Water Rinse System (CWRS) located at Keflavik Air Base, Iceland. The primary objective is to perform a root cause analysis of the system's failures, determine the full extent of necessary repairs, and provide actionable recommendations and a cost estimate to restore the system to full factory specifications.
