- Amendment 0001 updates proposal submission language and incorporates Exhibit A-Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLS) to this posting. See Section A Narrative for details of all changes. This Request for Proposal (RFP) will result in a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award to procure the Fire Extinguisher Cartridge MU26 and MU27 as follows; NSN: 1377-01-255-2382ES/MU26 Part Number: 30903860 NSN: 1377-01-255-1598ES/MU27 Part Number: 30903861 This RFP is restricted to one or a limited number of responsible sources, as authorized by 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-1(b). To be eligible for award, the Offeror must submit a valid Qualification Acceptance Letter, or Government approved equivalent, signed by an authorized Government engineer verifying their status as a qualified source for this requirement.
