- The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd. Bay Pines, FL 33744, has a requirement for Pilling Laryngoscopy Sets (BRAND NAME ONLY). All vendors must be properly registered in the System Award Management database (SAM). Price quotes shall include the Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number, Small Business Status if applicable, a copy of a price list or any other supporting information for the price submitted, and any items identified in ADDENDUM to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors.
