Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to solicit and award a Sole Source Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-22-G-0002 with the Bell Boeing Joint Project Office to address the permanent incorporation of the Aft Sponson Fuel Tank that is currently utilized as a mission kit into the MV-22 aircraft. The requirement will provide the necessary hardware and support to deliver up to 200 Aft Sponson Kits for MV-22 Aircraft. This requirement will be procured IAW FAR 6.103-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Bell-Boeing is the only responsible source with the necessary access to the technical data and requisite experience to perform the contemplated effort within the required schedule. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only. There is no commitment by the Government to issue any solicitation, make an award, or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested party before award of a contract for the efforts detailed above.
