- Notice Type: Solicitation / Request for Quote (RFQ) Solicitation Number: FA8203-26-Q-0009 Set-Aside: 100% Small Business Set-Aside Description: The Department of the Air Force is issuing a solicitation for the procurement of F-16 Mounting Bracket spares. This is a commercial acquisition conducted in accordance with the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (R-DFARS). Item Details: Nomenclature: Mounting Bracket, F-16 National Stock Number (NSN): 5340-01-643-5571LE Part Number (PN): 201309312-101 CRITICAL SAFETY ITEM (CSI) & PRE-AWARD REQUIREMENTS NOTICE: This item is designated as a Critical Safety Item (CSI) and is subject to a Manufacturing Qualification Requirement (MQR). Only quotes providing items manufactured by a current Air Force Approved Source will be considered for award. Additionally, offerors must comply with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 requirements to be eligible for award. Note: Interested vendors who are not currently approved but wish to become qualified for future procurements should review the MQR instructions provided in the solicitation. Instructions to Offerors: All applicable terms, conditions, evaluation criteria, and contract clauses are incorporated directly into the attached Solicitation document.
