- PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The National Park Service (NPS) requires asbestos-containing material (ACM) and lead based paint (LBP) abatement at four (4) residential structures and one (1) accessory outbuilding located within Cedar Creek and Belle Grove National Historical Park in Middletown, Virginia.
