- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Jet Aviation Flight Services, Inc. 112 Charles A Lindbergh Dr. Teterboro, NJ 07608 for the purpose of hangar rental services. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 12 ""Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.� The NAICS code for this acquisition is 488119 and the requirement is not a total small business set-aside. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See attached for details
