- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services provided in accordance with the format in Subparts 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W50S9C-26-Q-A027 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01. The Vermont Air National Guard has a Firm Fixed Price, Brand Name or Equal requirement for a Metal Pless Plowmaxx Liveedge PLLD 1042-18 LE attachment compatible with JCB 416HT. This requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS Code 333120 with size standard 1250 employees.
