- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70B03C26Q00000422 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Sharp Commercial Displays, brand name or equal. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed purchase order to the one responsible and responsive vendor whose quote conforms to the requirements set forth in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and provides the lowest price technically acceptable. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns under NAICS 334118. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses my be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov, Revolutionary FAR Overhaul | Acquisition.GOV FAR. See RFO 52.252-2 in Section II below for updated addresses. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Field Operations (OFO) Seattle Field Office (SFO) is seeking to acquire Twelve (12) Sharp Commercial Displays units, Brand Name or Equal. The Commercial Displays must meet the specifications/requirements stated in the attached statement of work (SOW) and enough detailed information must be submitted with the quote for a technical review to be completed without holding discussions. All interested vendors who wish to compete for this effort shall submit, along with the quote, technical specification sheets for all the units that are being quoted, to be considered for award. All documents must be in PDF format and must be emailed to the Contract Specialist (CS) Jesus Solis @ jesus.solis@cbp.dhs.gov no later than 09/26/2026, 10:00 AM Mountain Standard Time. The government reserves the right to accept or reject quotes received after the given deadline.
