- 567 Tar Shield Salient Characteristics for Matrix: The contractor shall furnish and deliver one (1) splash shield partition room meeting the following minimum salient characteristics: Metal Frame Tubing: 5 ft -0 inches W 2 inches x 4 inches. One tube for top and one tube for bottom. Metal Frame Tubing for Curtain Areas:16 ft -0 inches W 2 inches x 4 inches. One tube for top and one tube for bottom.16 ft -0 inches W 2 inches x 4 inches One tube for top and one tube for bottom. No Ceiling with the partition room. Angle-iron frame, finished with gray powder coating. Two doors each to be equipped with a keyed cylinder lock on door. FOR FULL PANELS Overall partition height of 8 feet, 5 inches with minimum 4-inch open clearance on the bottom of all panels except the doors. Each Panel shall be in width of no more or no less than: 1/4-inch-thick clear polycarbonate.2 ft 0 inches Panel5 ft 0 inches Top and Bottom Tube9 ft 0 inches Panel 10 ft 0 inches Panel3 ft 7 inches Door1 ft 9 inches Panel7 ft 6 inches Panel 7 ft 0 inches Panel8 ft 0 inches Panel 10 ft 0 inches Panel 10 ft 0 inches Panel6 ft 0 inches Panel5 ft 4 inches Panel 10 ft 0 inches Panel8 ft 11 inches Panel3 ft 7 inches Door Material shall be delivered to the Government-designated location. Government-furnished / not included: Industrial sliding curtains for the two Section #6 openings. Strip door for the Section #9 opening. Purchase only, no install requested. The cited vendor quote identifies the partition as a single room with polycarbonate panels and a door, with the above framing, finish, height, and lock requirements.
