- BOA Order: Under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00174-23-G-0001, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division - Picatinny Detachment (NSWC IHD), issued a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Order on a sole source basis to BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., Minneapolis, MN 55421-1402. The contractor shall provide all necessary material and services required to manufacture, assemble, inspect, preserve, package, and ship MK 38 FY25 Spare Parts deliverables required as specified in Statement of Work (SOW) 23-0001-0001-02. BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to perform this work within the required time frame. This synopsis is for information purposes only. The proposed contract action was for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
