- This aquisition was for the procurement of HADEAN AI TRL9 & TRL7 software to be implemented in Holloman AFB's training simulators for a 90 day trial period to determine the possibility for long-term usage. This contract action was executed on an ""Other than full and open competition"" basis under authority 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(3) cited in RFO 6.103-3 Industrial mobilization; engineering, developmental, or research capability; or expert services. The procurement was sourced on NASA SEWP IAW RFO Subpart 8.104, Use of existing contracts. Please see the attached J&A for the determination for use of the cited authority.
