- 09/30/2026: Amend 00001 to Solicitation 70Z08526R3D035B00 The purpose is to provide responses to questions for clarification; see attachment titled ""USCG 70Z08526R3D035B00 Question Form_USCG Response."" As a result, the Statement of Work (SOW) has been revised by deleting para 3.1.7 in its entirety. Please reference the SOW titled ""Statement_of_Work_Rev 1_09-30-26."" --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12. Acquisition of Commercial Products and Services, and FAR 16 � Types of Contracts, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) intends to establish a requirements-type contract on a sole-source basis with Allied Systems Company, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The solicitation number 70Z08526R3D035B00 is issued as request for quote (RFQ) for an Open Inspect-Repair service acquisition requirement supporting the United States Coast Guard owned Allied Dual Point Davits.
