The following information summarizes this acquisition: a. Offerors solicited: SAM.gov � Electronically solicited b. Number of responses received: Three (3) c. Contractor to receive award: Boingo Wireless, Inc. 17 Cowboys WAY STE 400 Frisco, Texas 75034-1973, United States d. Total Contract Award Amount: $1,855,800.00 BASIS FOR AWARD: The Government awarded a contract to a vendor that was determined to be technically capable providing the USG the best value at the lowest fair and reasonable price. Evaluation of quotes was completed in accordance with RFO 12.203, Evaluation. Boingo was found to be the vendor providing a technically capable offer, with a technically acceptable past perforamcne at the lowest fair and reasonable price.
