- Description
- Other Transactional Authority Request for White Papers Modular Power Generation and Distribution. This is Amendment 3 to this Request for White Papers. Changes in this document from the last Amendment (Amendment 2) will be in RED text. This Amendment 3 also changes Attachment 2, which is now labeled Attachment 2 Updated ROM Pricing template and provides answers to industry questions, which is provided in Attachment 3 Responses to Questions. Response date remains 16 October 2026, 1700 hours CDT. We do not intend to provide additional responses to questions. Request offerors provide reasonable assumptions in providing the white paper.
