Design, fabricate and install conveyor systems in Bldg 436, Air Passenger Terminal (APT) and Bldg 438, Air Freight Terminal (AFT) at Sigonella NAS Italy and in Bldg 2, APT and Bldg 583, AFT at Rota NAS Spain. The APT/AFT system at Sigonella NAS includes an Inbound Crescent Plate Conveyor System, an Outbound Slider Bid Baggage Conveyor System, a 463L Pallet Gravity Roller Conveyor System, a Ball Transfer Conveyor System, Pallet Lifts and a Canopy for the Baggage Conveyor and Pallet Handling Systems along with associated construction work. The APT/AFT system at Rota NAS includes an Outbound Slider Bed Baggage Conveyor System, a 463L Pallet Gravity Roller Conveyor System and Pallet Lifts as well as associated construction work. An Ombudsman has been established for this acquistion. The only purpose of the Ombudsman is to receive and communicate serious concerns from potential offerors when an offeror prefers not to use established channels to communicate his/her concern during the proposal development phase of this acquistion.
