The Western Area Power Administration has a requirement to purchase Duplex Switchboard Sections (CHA2, CHA3, CHA4, CHA5, and CHA6) for McConnico Switching Station, Stage 01 (near Kingman, Arizona). The time of delivery of all the contract line items will be no later than September 30, 1995. All the items will be for delivery FOB destination. There will be only one award made from this solicitation. Therefore, all bidders must submit their bids on an ''all or none basis''. This proposed procurement is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible small business concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency. The solicitation will be issued on or about January 24, 1995. Any questions or clarifications received after 3:00 PM (MST), February 14, 1995, may or may not be responded to by the Government, at its discretion. All requests must be in writing.
