This announcement is to amend the original SOL 95-01 announcement as follows: The original announcement specified the use of carbon dioxide and excimer lasers alone. This announcement will serve to remove the restriction of the above two lasers alone. This is to allow responses from prospective offerors who may wish to propose the use of other lasers (e.g. YAG or others), in conjunction with the above, or some other combination of laser systems. Potential offerors who have already requested a copy of the solicitation need not respond. Estimated date for release of the solicitation is fifteen (15) days after this publication.
