The contractor is responsible for the construction of a 2500 square feet modular building on the medical center grounds. Site preparation and utilities may be furnished by the medical center. The modular building and land may involve a sale or long term lease. This market survey is initiated to identify contractors that may be interested in and have the capability to provide and operate these facilities and programs on one or more of the suggested methods.
