Furnish flight services fully contractor operated and maintained consisting of one Bell 206B-III or equal aircraft, in support of the Bureau of Land Management biological inventory of the Northern & Eastern Colorado Desert Ecosystem for the approximate period April 17 to August 30, 1995.
